Another Fabulous Freebie

Friday, as I cruised the tchotchke areas, I ran across this little gem. I already have one, so the question becomes, whom, of all my very deserving Halloween friends, should I bestow this little gem on.
It's a pretty frigg'n awesome leather mask. Any takers?
